Informed Recruitment LTD is partnering with an industry renowned organisation to deliver a Dynamics 365 CRM deployment. The CRM Developer will design and develop D365 CE/CRM solutions, build integrations with core business systems, translate business requirements into robust solutions, and support UAT and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial experience as a Developer on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation.
• Wider Microsoft 365 applications exposure, including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop D365 solutions and integrations with core business systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust CRM solutions and perform UAT.
• Develop fixes, enhancements and documentation; triage incidents; raise and implement change requests.
