Informed Recruitment Limited is partnering with a social enterprise to recruit a CRM Developer for an eighteen-month fixed-term salaried contract. The role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, designing integrations with key business systems, and delivering robust D365 solutions in a modern, flexible environment.

You will work with stakeholders and technology partners, perform UAT, fixes, and enhancements while documenting work and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Developer on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 apps, including SharePoint.
• Relevant certification (PRINCE2, Microsoft, Agile) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop D365 solutions and integrations with core business systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust Dynamics 365 implementations and UAT.
• Triage incidents, raise/change requests, and document changes.
