MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Consultant

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) at KPMG is seeking a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with extensive experience in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, proven end-to-end implementation experience, and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365F&O processes, procedures, interfacing, and integration with other Dynamics products.

This role involves continuous client interaction, leading onshore and offshore teams, and contributing to presales activities, proposals, and business development. You will also mentor junior staff and be integral to delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Gathering and documenting functional requirements, conducting gap/fit analysis.
2. Leading module workstreams through all project phases.
3. Designing solutions for D365 modules (SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR), making design decisions, and reviewing documentation.
4. Solving complex problems with creative solutions.
5. Delivering end-user training and providing on-site support during delivery and go-live phases.
6. Managing scope and change control processes.
7. Upselling and understanding additional company capabilities.
8. Staying informed on D365FO future releases and demonstrating changes to the team.
9. Responding to RFPs and RFQs, contributing to practice development, and mentoring junior staff.
10. Leading and managing team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and representing KPMG professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with D365F&O or AX2012, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with D365 modules such as SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR, and interfacing/integration.
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and BI is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior consultants.
