MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, and a strong understanding of primary processes and procedures, along with practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. The candidate should have a history of consultancy experience, engaging continuously with clients, managing onshore consultants, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. The role also involves presales activities focused on Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform, contributing to proposals and business development, and leading and mentoring junior staff.

This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions at KPMG and offers an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing business area of a global Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations
• Expertise in out-of-the-box and custom solutions in Dynamics 365
• Strong consulting and presentation skills
• Ability to lead engagements and present to C-Suite
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 technical capabilities and certifications
• Good knowledge of best practices and core Finance concepts
• Understanding of additional modules like Manufacturing, HR, etc., is beneficial
• Experience working with offshore teams and Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Azure, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle
