MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The role requires a hands-on approach, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, and a strong understanding of primary processes and procedures, along with practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A history of consultancy experience is essential as this role involves continuous client interaction, managing onshore consultants, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. Additionally, the role includes presales activities focused on Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform, contributing to proposals, and supporting business development. Leadership and mentorship of junior staff are also key responsibilities.

This role is central to delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions for KPMG clients. It offers a dynamic opportunity within a rapidly growing business area of a leading global firm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 as a Solution Architect.
• Experience in large ERP implementations.
• Proficiency in solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Consulting experience with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and present to C-Suite stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 technical and functional capabilities, with relevant certifications.
• Strong understanding of core Finance concepts: Enterprise Structures, GL, AP, AR, reporting.
• Beneficial knowledge in Manufacturing, HR, Project Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Experience working with offshore teams and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework are advantageous.
• Good understanding of Azure and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Power Platform and BI is a plus.
