Job summary

EY is looking for a leader in Bristol to guide the Finance workstream across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programmes. This role requires strong expertise, solution ownership, and delivery leadership to drive high-quality, standardized solutions aligned with business needs.

The successful candidate will lead key activities, ensuring client satisfaction while mentoring and developing team members. A degree in Finance or a related field along with substantial D365 experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 implementations.
• Ability to define business process maps and translate into system solutions.
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation, and demonstration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance workstream delivery across scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
• Act as primary Finance contact for senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Consultants.

Skills

Strong experience across D365 Finance modules

Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes

Strong stakeholder management

Education

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT-related field

Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)

Microsoft D365 Finance certification
