Experis in Derbyshire is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Developer to take ownership of the ERP platform's technical direction, architecture, and coding standards while remaining hands-on.

You will lead development, review solutions, and work with internal stakeholders and external partners, with expertise across Azure integrations, APIs, Dataverse and Power Platform. Flexible hybrid setup with potential remote arrangements for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX development experience, including X++.
• Experience leading development and contributing to technical architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure integrations, APIs, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Ability to review technical solutions, improve standards and oversee external development partners.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and business stakeholders.
