NXA Talent Limited seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Solution Architect to own end-to-end design for a major programme in the UK. You will shape scalable D365 F&O solutions across finance domains and ensure governance with senior stakeholders.

Lead workshops, run fit-gap analyses and reviews, and coordinate across finance, business and delivery teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years ERP experience, 8+ in D365 F&O Finance, and thrive in a fast-paced, IR35-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Dynamics 365 F&O Finance experience.
• 8+ years specialising in D365 F&O Finance.
• 10+ years ERP experience overall.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across D365 F&O.
• Designing solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing and Intercompany.
• Leading finance process design across R2R, P2P and O2C.
• Defining future-state finance processes and operating models.
• Leading workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design reviews.
• Providing architectural governance and direction to functional and technical teams.
• Overseeing integrations with CRM, payment gateways, banking platforms and third-party applications.
• Supporting data migration, testing strategy and overall solution quality.
