Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery, development, integration, and evolution of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.

The role combines strong technical leadership with governance of the development lifecycle, ensuring the ERP landscape remains scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives across Finance, Customer Ops, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams in ERP/D365 F&O environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale D365 F&O implementations within enterprise programmes.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams, govern technical delivery, and oversee the development lifecycle across a complex ERP environment.
• Shape the technical roadmap with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Review and approve solution architectures and designs for scalability and security.
• Drive ALM, CI/CD, and release management across Azure DevOps and related tooling.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and delivery schedules while promoting engineering best practices.
