Job summary

DGH Recruitment is recruiting a D365 Engineer for a London-based role with hybrid work flexibility. You will own the D365 platform, drive architecture, governance, and ongoing development across the business.

Key responsibilities include evolving D365/Power Platform architecture, managing environments, and guiding developers. Strong communication and Microsoft certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, particularly Customer Service and/or CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse; Copilot Studio exposure desirable.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture, data and security models, integration patterns and ALM.
• Experience setting technical direction, reviewing designs and supporting developers.
• Experience working with Microsoft delivery partners, with knowledge of platform governance, licensing and security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MB-230, MB-210 or equivalent are desirable.
• Service Desk/second-line Microsoft platform support experience is desirable.
• Exposure to Azure integration services, Microsoft Fabric, Foundry, Copilot or Customer Insights is advantageous.
• Legal or wider professional services experience is desirable.
