Job summary

Avanade in the United Kingdom seeks a Technical Architect with a strong Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform background to lead client-facing initiatives and drive complex implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape technical strategies, and ensure delivery aligns with client goals.

You will collaborate with clients to extract measurable value from Microsoft technologies, while maintaining focus on security, governance, and scalable architecture across engagements.

What You Will Do

• You will collaborate with clients to actively position yourself as a thought leader and trusted adviser for technology transformation.
• Take an active role in developing new opportunities for our clients.
• Define technical, operational, and business requirements.
• Drive a Dynamics 365 CE evergreen agenda with our clients.
• Ensure the solution quality meets the client's standards and fulfils their business value realization goals.
• Work with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent client interaction and solution delivery.
• Ensure offshore and nearshore resources are utilized and leveraged appropriately.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to client success and business productivity.

Skills And Experiences

You will bring industry-specific- and industry-agnostic points of view to our clients and have a deep understanding of the consequences and opportunities that the fast-moving innovations in the market offer. As a Technical Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, you will be a thought leader in solutions for customer engagement including Marketing & Sales, Customer Service and/or Contact Center and Field Service and you will be part of large-scale, complex D365 CE implementations. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade solution teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Dynamics365 CE implementations.

• Experience consulting with clients on complex projects, including technology leadership roles.
• Experience working with global teams, including off- and near-shore, on Dynamics 365 CE implementation and maintenance projects, is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
