Outcomes First Group’s Manor House School in Horsham is seeking a Design & Technology Instructor/Teacher to deliver hands-on lessons across Key Stages 1–4. You will foster practical learning, safety awareness and inclusive teaching, while partnering with senior leaders to raise standards and pupil progress.
The role focuses on delivering engaging product design, woodwork, graphics and engineering topics, with responsibilities spanning classroom teaching, form tutor duties and safeguarding.

Hours: 40 per week | Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £46,500.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

You’ll need a strong understanding of workshop health and safety, alongside a passion for supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs. Most importantly, you’ll help young people build confidence, develop practical skills and discover their potential.
