You will source, interview, and match candidates with client needs while working with experienced consultants. The position offers industry-leading training in SAP & Tech markets, clear progression to Recruitment Consultant, and uncapped commission in a fast-paced team environment in

Qualifications

• Fluent Czech and/or Slovak language required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive and motivated to succeed.
• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Speak with candidates daily across Czech and Slovak markets.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using tools.
• Conduct interviews and screening calls to assess fit.
• Build genuine relationships with candidates throughout the process.
• Match candidates with opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Support live vacancies with Recruitment Consultants.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance.
