Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join its Mental Health Support Team in Warrington, delivering mental health support to children and young people across education settings. The role requires an enhanced DBS check and professional registration with BABCP or BPS.

Candidates will provide assessments, low-intensity interventions and parenting support, while working with schools, social care and third sector partners to coordinate appropriate referrals

Qualifications

• Undertake assessments and deliver low intensity interventions.
• Work with children, young people and families across education settings.
• Provide supervision and contribute to safeguarding and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Hold a caseload of specialist and generic work.
• Undertake assessments, treatment and consultation using evidence-based practice.
• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions for children, young people and families.
• Produce risk assessments and care plans within THRIVE framework.
• Coordinate multi-agency involvement and referrals as needed.
