Job summary

Fortius Clinic in London seeks a CYP Service Lead, an expert paediatric nurse providing strategic direction and clinical leadership across outpatient and inpatient settings. You will design, implement and monitor CYP pathways, ensure high-quality care, and work with consultants and business delivery teams to expand services.

Lead CYP policies, safeguard, and education; build a network of CYP link practitioners; report to senior leadership; participate in governance and external inspections;

Qualifications

• Qualified Children’s nurse and NMC registered.
• Evidence of post registration education and development.
• Nursing degree and leadership qualification.
• Advanced safeguarding knowledge or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert strategic direction and clinical leadership for CYP services.
• Design, implement and monitor CYP pathways in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Lead education, training and staff development in CYP care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for external inspections.
• Collaborate with consultants, governance and business teams to expand CYP services.
• Act as safeguarding lead and advise on CYP and safeguarding matters.
