Job summary

The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Specialist Mental Health Practitioner in the Warrington CYPMHS team, focusing on children and young people with ASC/LD. You will lead multi-agency care plans and deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to CYP, developing safer pathways.

You will work with CSC, education and third sector partners to strengthen services under the THRIVE framework and provide expert consultation and supervision to teams across the system.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-agency plans to support CYP.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of CYP and complete appropriate safety plans.
• Develop and support local pathways of care; evaluate services and training to the wider system.
• Offer consultation with CSC, Education and third sector organisations and supervise colleagues.
• Flexible working arrangements will be considered for this role.
