Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead multi-agency plans to support CYP with ASC/LD.
• Deliver specialist mental health interventions for children and young people.
• Provide consultancy and supervision to colleagues and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop THRIVE-based care pathways for CYPMH.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety planning for complex cases.
• Collaborate with CSC, education and third sector organisations.
• Maintain high-quality records and contribute to service evaluation.
