Responsibilities

• Lead multi-agency plans to support CYP.
• Deliver specialist therapeutic interventions and complete safety plans.
• Provide consultation, supervision and guidance within THRIVE framework.
• Develop and support local care pathways and service evaluation.
• Engage in duty rotas and contribute to risk management and care coordination.
