Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Main area CYP Mental Health Practitioner - CYPMHS Grade Band 6 on a fixed-term contract (12 months) based at The Birch Centre, Birkenhead. The post is part-time (30 hours per week) with a salary pro rata of £39,959 - £48,117 per annum.

The successful applicant will work within CYPMHS, collaborating with CYPMHS leads, eating disorder specialists and a core multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and intervention for

Qualifications

• Core professional registration with HCPC/NMC/Social Work England is required.
• Post-qualification CPD related to the core profession is required.
• Therapeutic training to intermediate/diploma level is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and intervention within a multi-disciplinary CYPMHS team.
• Support CYPMHS Wirral 0-18 development and forward planning.

• Access to transport for work purposes is essential.

Education

Professional Registration with recognised National Body (HCPC, NMC, Social Work England)
