Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a CAMHS Practitioner CYP-PT Therapies Trainee (Systemic Family Practice) as part of the NHSE-funded CYP Psychological Training Programme. The 1-year post supports trainees to implement new or expand pathways, with supervision and protected learning across CAMHS pathways.

The role is based at Harrow CAMHS – Ash Tree Clinic, with travel to King's College London (Denmark Hill) for teaching during the year.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about applying learning from weekly teaching to practical clinical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Accept appropriate referrals with supervision; assess clients for suitability for the treatment provided in training; formulate and evaluate therapeutic interventions; involve the system around the child; attend MDT meetings; maintain data collection and records; work with the team to ensure stepped care.
