Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Recreation Assistants to join our friendly, professional team. You will supervise and assist leisure centre customers, keep facilities clean, and help prepare areas and equipment as required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Welsh language skills are desirable and flexible, casual hours are offered as needed.

We are looking for Recreation Assistants to join our friendly and professional team.

You will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Leisure Centre customers using our facilities, regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.

We are looking for someone to be a proactive member of the team, and able to deliver excellent customer service at all times. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as you'll often be the first point of contact for customers.

• To supervise and assist the leisure centre customers
• To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
• An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff
• To deliver excellent customer service at all times
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• To assist with the preparation, cleaning, storage, resources and movement of equipment as required
• Welsh Language skills are desirable
