Leisure Lakes Bikes in Northamptonshire is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and maintain high levels of customer service. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop staff, and ensure stock availability across our Northampton site.

The role offers a competitive salary (£29,500–£31,500) dependent on experience, with bonus opportunities, generous holidays, and staff discounts. Flexible hours across five to seven days per week are required.
