We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing one of our concession locations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, commercial performance, and team development.
Previous experience within the cycling industry would be advantageous, although strong retail management experience from a similar environment will also be considered.
Our stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location, with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours with split shifts where necessary, including weekends and peak trading periods.
