Job Description

• Bicycle Repairs: Perform a wide range of bicycle repairs, including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension service. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues accurately.
• Bicycle Assembly: Assemble new bicycles according to manufacturer guidelines and store standards, ensuring safety and readiness for sale.
• Service Consultations: Interact with customers to assess their bicycle repair and maintenance needs. Provide recommendations and cost estimates.
• Parts and Accessories: Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts, accessories, and upgrades.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Quality Control: Ensure all repaired bicycles meet quality and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain workshop organization and manage spare parts and tools inventory.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, explain repair work, answer questions, and advise on bicycle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bicycle mechanics, diagnosing, and repairing various bicycle types and components.
• Previous experience as a bicycle mechanic is highly desirable.
