Job Opportunity: Cycle Service and Repair Specialist

Join our team as a Cycle Service and Repair Specialist, where your passion for bikes and excellent customer service will shine. You'll be delivering top-tier standards in cycle servicing and repairs across a variety of bikes, including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric cycles.

In this role, you'll primarily handle service and repair tasks, while also mentoring other team members. We uphold the highest quality standards, and we're looking for a practical problem solver who works efficiently to help customers find and maintain their ideal bike.

While experience in retail or cycle services is preferred, practical skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are equally important. We provide extensive training to support your career development, whether in retail or other areas within our group.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with servicing, building, and repairing various cycles
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail or cycle environment
• Experience sharing expertise with colleagues
• Ability to work towards sales targets
• Flexibility to work on a rota, including weekends
