Job summary

CoreTech Security Services is seeking experienced software engineers to deliver practical, maintainable software across a range of technologies. You will work hands-on in small teams, balancing quality with realistic delivery timelines in Cheltenham.

You will contribute to web and native development, APIs, automation, and tooling while maintaining high engineering standards and clear communication with colleagues and customers. A security-focused mindset and pragmatic problem solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Professional experience delivering software projects using interpreted or high-level languages.
• Experience building web applications, APIs, services, automation, native applications or internal tools.
• Comfortable working across different parts of a system, from user interfaces to backend services and deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new software products, tools or capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Add features to, improve, or replace components within existing systems.
• Build prototypes to explore options and shape project direction.
• Develop web, native, service-side or automation-focused software as needed by projects.
• Integrate applications, APIs, third-party tools or internal systems to deliver outcomes.
