Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, is offering an internship for a Cybersecurity Business Analyst. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and implement system updates in the PKI environment.

You will work on architecture updates, disaster recovery rehearsals, and lifecycle support for certificate management while studying toward a bachelor’s degree in IT or cybersecurity.

Hybrid working options are available, with a 35-hour week and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with IT applications and infrastructures (servers, web servers, OS and databases).
• Foundations of general IT principles (architecture, networks, cybersecurity).
• Practical knowledge of project management fundamentals and operational methods.
• Analytical and proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges.
• Clear communication and strong team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Deployment: refine technical requirements, design and document architecture updates, test, and oversee deployments.
• Operations & Continuity: manage Disaster Recovery rehearsal tasks, monitor KPIs, and drive performance in run-phase operations.
• Lifecycle Support: provide hands-on support for certificate lifecycle management and data management.
