Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol, is offering an internship in Programme & Project Management for undergraduates. The role supports the site Head of Building and Construction with budgets, forecasting, and CapEx planning across the UK portfolio.

You will lead multi-functional projects, report performance metrics, and build internal relationships to anticipate needs. The placement is 12.5 months, with a 16 August 2027 start date, 35-hour weeks, and hybrid/flexible options

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student in a degree related to Project Management, Construction, Building Services, Surveying, or equivalent.
• Proven strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with different people and understand their perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the site Head of Building and Construction with financial management of budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in CapEx planning and projects according to Airbus principles.
• Lead cross-functional projects to refurbish and construct across the site.
• Provide accurate reporting with transparent performance metrics to improve service.
• Develop relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs.
