A rare opening has arisen for a Junior or Senior level associate (1-6 PQE) to join the London team of a leading global law firm renowned for its elite-level work across the cybersecurity, data privacy, and national security space.

The role sits within a multidisciplinary global practice that partners with Fortune 500 companies, private equity clients, and high-growth tech firms on complex and high-stakes matters—ranging from data breach response and regulatory investigations to cross-border privacy frameworks and cutting-edge AI governance.

What You'll Work On

You’ll collaborate with a team that handles:

• High-profile cybersecurity incident response and crisis management
• UK/EU regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
• Structuring and implementing compliant data privacy programs under GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and other regulatory regimes
• Due diligence and transactional support in tech and data-heavy M&A
• Drafting and negotiating privacy policies and data processing agreements
• Advising clients on AI deployment and compliance risks

About You

You are likely:

• A UK-qualified solicitor with 1–6 years’ experience in cybersecurity/data privacy, ideally from a law firm or regulatory body
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, regulated environments
• Interested in developing a legal practice that bridges law, technology, policy, and innovation
• Experienced or interested in the legal aspects of AI systems and automated decision-making
• Academically strong with a proactive and collaborative mindset
