Qualifications

Experience designing, deploying, and operating big data platforms at scale.
Hands-on OSS data ecosystem experience (Spark, Trino, Airflow, Superset).
Knowledge of cloud platforms and traditional on‑prem hosting.
Security architecture expertise including threat modelling, IAM, encryption, logging.
Experience delivering end-to-end designs from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

Define architecture artefacts (HLDs/LLDs, reference architectures, patterns, ADRs).
Contribute to the design and evolution of a petabyte-scale data platform built on OSS tech.
Evaluate technologies and drive standardisation across OSS components and vendors.
Own end-to-end solution design for custom-built cybersecurity applications.
Provide architecture input to software engineering and platform teams.
Partner with central architecture and governance teams to align with controls and standards.
Ensure solutions are compliant, operable, and cost-conscious.
