With deep expertise across Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities, this business is investing heavily in its Cyber Resilience practice—focusing on Identity & Access Management, Cloud Enablement, DORA readiness, and network security at the edge.

The Role

As Cybersecurity Associate Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling a high-performing practice with ambitions to double in size this year. You’ll drive growth by not only acting as the technical authority for all things Cyber but you’ll be heavily involved in developing a growing practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, with current hands-on technical delivery into board-level engagement.
• Technical Expertise in IAM, cloud migration enablement, and regulatory frameworks (especially DORA).
• Track record of winning and delivering large, complex programmes.
• Gravitas with clients – you can operate confidently at C-suite level and are trusted as a strategic advisor.
• Background in major/Tier 1 consultancies leading on cybersecurity programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ready to build, lead, and define your own market and team.
