Plexal is seeking an Innovation Lead to guide cyber security and AI strategy for client engagements. You will translate complex concepts into actionable insights for senior leaders, support horizon-scanning, and help clients navigate evolving tech landscapes across public and private sectors.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, independent work in a fast-paced setting, and collaboration with startups, academia, and industry partners. National travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Background in cyber security, research, or related innovation.
• Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research.
• Evidence of building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to provide outside-in perspective on emerging cyber and AI trends.

• Lead projects focused on cyber security and AI-enabled technologies.
• Scope research questions, select methodologies, analyse findings, and produce reports.
• Act as SME on cyber security and AI, providing evidence-based insights.
• Monitor cyber/AI trends to shape Plexal’s innovation strategy.
• Assess technology robustness and vendor claims; evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Engage with clients and ecosystem stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge through playbooks.
• Manage project budgets and ensure spend aligns with delivery needs.
