Job summary

Plexal in the United Kingdom is seeking an Innovation Consultant to join our fast-moving consulting team, delivering cross-competency innovation work for national security clients. You will engage with startups, government, academia and industry to shape practical interventions and evidence-based strategies.

You’ll lead hypothesis testing, research into AI, data, space and telecoms, and produce high-impact reports and presentations for client teams, travel may be required to Plexal sites.

Qualifications

• Educated to a bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.
• Willing to travel nationally to Plexal sites.
• Eligible for SC clearance (pre-existing SC welcome).

Responsibilities

• Develop innovation hypotheses and related experiments.
• Deliver experiments to generate evidence-based outcomes for clients.
• Design practical models, frameworks to enable change.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on emerging tech and innovation themes.
• Create high-impact deliverables like reports and presentations for clients.
