We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cyber Underwriter to join our Regional Cyber underwriting team. This is a great job for a motivated individual who is keen to progress their career within a market leading insurer!

A bit about the job:

You will join the Midlands & South Regional Financial Lines & Cyber team working to a Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) underwriting licence. The successful individual will be enthusiastic, have good attention to detail, and be comfortable speaking to a wide range of brokers to deliver market leading service. Within this role, you will be responsible for underwriting renewal and new business in line with GCS & Mid-Market strategies. You will be confident when conversing with collaborators both internally and externally to deliver business objectives. Strong communication skills and time management will be important.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• An established knowledge of the Cyber Insurance market, its products and features.
• Underwriting experience within Tech, Commercial Crime or Professional Indemnity is advantageous.
• CompTIA Network+ qualification or equivalent. Dip CII is advantageous. Strong organisational and time management skills.
• An interest in business and the macro-economic environment.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, agents, and clients to drive business growth.
