You're naturally curious about how cybercriminals operate and motivated by turning intelligence into action that protects customers, brand trust and revenue.
Join easyJet’s Cyber Threat Intelligence team and help identify, assess and communicate threats that matter most to our customers and business. With a particular focus on fraud, digital risk and brand protection, you’ll help provide the intelligence that supports informed decisions and proactive defence.
Working across CTEM and alongside teams including Fraud, Loyalty, Brand and the SOC, you’ll contribute to investigations, monitoring activity and intelligence reporting that helps reduce risk across the airline.
"This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots. We're looking for a curious analyst who can investigate emerging threats, make sense of complex information and tell a clear story that helps colleagues take action before risks become problems."
You’ll be part of a collaborative Cyber Threat Intelligence function focused on helping easyJet stay ahead of a rapidly changing threat landscape. The team values curiosity, continuous learning and practical intelligence that delivers real outcomes.
You’ll monitor cyber threats, fraud trends, impersonation activity, account takeover risks and wider digital abuse affecting easyJet customers and brand. You’ll help triage, investigate and elevate emerging threats when action is needed.
Using intelligence from a range of sources, you’ll support investigations into cyber-enabled fraud and develop clear assessments that help stakeholders understand risk, impact and recommended actions.
You’ll contribute to alerts, briefings, advisories and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences, while helping maintain threat intelligence repositories covering threat actors, tactics and fraud trends.
You’ll also support horizon scanning activities, tracking developments such as AI-enabled fraud, cybercrime services and evolving attack techniques that could affect the business.
You may already have experience in cyber threat intelligence, fraud intelligence, cybercrime research, digital risk protection or a related field. Equally important is a genuine interest in developing expertise in these areas.
You’re analytical and investigative by nature, comfortable assessing information from multiple sources, spotting patterns and converting findings into actionable intelligence.
An understanding of threats such as phishing, social engineering, scams, impersonation, credential abuse and account takeover will help you succeed. You’ll also be confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, you’re self-motivated, adaptable and excited by the challenge of working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
We believe the strongest teams are built from different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.
If you can bring curiosity, integrity and a passion for protecting customers, we'd love to hear from you.
