Base pay range

- Full time permanent role

- Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus. Hybrid working (twice a week in the London office)

A large global financial services firm is looking for an Incident Response Manager within its cyber threat division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large cyber and information security team that lead the way in technology and tooling in a 24/7 global environment.

Duties will include:

  1. Managing a team of Cyber Threat Analysts that deliver services to global users
  2. Being responsible for continuous improvement to process and procedures
  3. Oversee incidents and ensure relevant tools and processes are followed
  4. Communicate with wider teams on emerging threats
  5. Develop new forensic capabilities
  6. Act as an escalation point (on-call escalation point once a month for weekends)
  7. Deliver on information security projects
  8. Ensuring services provided meet the business requirements

To be considered suitable for this Incident Response Manager role you will need the following skills and experience:

  1. Experience in a technical cyber/incident response role
  2. Previous team management experience
  3. Good understanding of incident response frameworks and methodologies (ICERF)
  4. Good understanding of threats, vulnerabilities and processes
  5. Familiarity with incident response tools and measures
  6. Relevant industry certifications would be seen as advantageous (CISSP, OSCP, OSCE etc.)
