SSE is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager (Cyber & Technology) to lead the development and continuous improvement of the cyber and technology risk and control framework across IT, OT, digital, data, cloud and third‑party services. You will translate enterprise risk requirements into practical delivery, empowering teams and informing senior leadership.

Formación

• Practical experience of managing cyber, technology, operational, digital or information risks and controls in a complex organisation.
• Clear and inclusive communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex subjects in plain English, listen to different perspectives and constructively challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of leading, coaching or developing others, with sound judgement and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and shape SSE's cyber and technology risk and control framework, embedding proportionate risk management across IT, OT, digital, data and cloud services.
• Translate enterprise risk requirements into practical delivery and reporting for senior leadership.
• Provide expertise and day-to-day support on emerging technologies, data and analytics, cyber security and controls.
