Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Cyber Security Vulnerability Lead to strengthen our cyber resilience across IT and OT. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working, you will drive vulnerability management, testing, and security programme delivery in collaboration with the Global Cyber Fusion Centre.

You will coordinate vulnerability identification, including pen tests and Red Team activities, shape security roadmaps, and guide teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations within large organisations.
• Experience leading security improvement programmes and managing critical vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with OT security environments and regulatory security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of vulnerability identification services, including penetration testing and Red Team activities.
• Define strategic security initiatives and roadmaps to maximise value from security investments.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, security teams, service providers, and business leaders to deliver integrated IT/OT security.
