Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a high-impact, senior technology leader and Cyber expert to own the technology decisions for our Cyber Security proposition. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Vendors and leadership to ensure our capabilities stay relevant and compelling.

The role focuses on delivering market insights, building trust with customers and partners, and guiding the organisation toward successful, measurable outcomes. Birmingham-based with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Extensive cybersecurity knowledge and leadership experience.
• Creativity, curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology market insights and guidance to the Cyber Security TTC and Softcat leadership.
• Identify customer problems and opportunities to drive technology adoption.
• Select products and services that address those problems.
• Engage technical and business audiences with sales and services teams.
• Uncover opportunities and define clear outcomes and success criteria.
