Cyber Security Project Manager

I am recruiting for a project manager to join a financial client working on a large program focused on cyber security. You will be part of the cyber security assurance team, delivering cyber projects.

Experience

• Delivery of Cyber and/or cyber network transformation projects/programmes
• Implementation of Microsoft security tooling capabilities, including Microsoft Purview, DLP, Azure security, and compliance modules
• Identity Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust strategies, Microsoft Defender Anti-Virus or similar tools, XDR
• Experience with SIEM tools, IPS/IDS, Endpoint security, Firewalls, Email security
• Project management experience, delivering quality projects on time and within budget
• Experience in the Financial, Banking, or Payments sectors
• Collaborative and positive approach
• Exposure to various release methodologies, including rapid deployment and traditional releases
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Knowledge of financial data landscapes
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
• Ability to stimulate debate and challenge proposals for optimal outcomes
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience managing successful relationships with partners and third parties

This role is a contract until mid-next year, inside IR35 through an umbrella company. The daily rate ranges from £440 to £479. The position is fully remote within the UK.
