Job summary

Picture More is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead a team of around six analysts in Leeds, with three days per week in the office. You will oversee day-to-day security operations, manage vulnerabilities, and drive security initiatives across Azure and cloud migration, while collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams.

Reporting to the Information Security Manager, you will shape security posture, conduct incident response, and ensure ISO 27001 compliance and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a technical security team.
• Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience implementing or managing Azure security technologies; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cyber Security team, managing workloads and performance.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and security monitoring.
• Support Azure security initiatives and cloud migration activities.
• Embed security across systems and services with IT teams.
• Lead cyber security incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain security procedures and documentation to meet standards and SLAs.
• Monitor emerging threats and drive continuous security improvement.
