Job summary

Picture More Ltd is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead a team of analysts in a Leeds-based role with three days in the office. The position focuses on day-to-day security operations, vulnerability management and strengthening the firm’s security posture while supporting cloud security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a technical security team.
• Strong understanding of cyber security technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience implementing or managing Azure security technologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and IT service management (ITSM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cyber Security team, managing workloads, performance and service delivery.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, system hardening and security monitoring.
• Support Azure security initiatives and cloud migration activities.
• Work with infrastructure and IT teams to embed security across systems and services.
• Lead cyber security incident response, investigations and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain security procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and service levels.
• Monitor emerging threats and drive continuous improvement across security operations.
