Job summary

EDF (UK) is seeking a Cyber Security Information Assurance Lead (Pre Ops) to shape and secure Hinkley Point C’s operating phase. Based on site in Bridgwater, you’ll drive cyber security arrangements for critical systems, with travel to Bristol and Gloucester as needed.

You will lead a team, manage risk, and ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards while aligning with EDF’s safety and security culture. A pivotal, nationally significant role awaits.

• Strong cyber security risk management experience in complex environments.
• Experience developing and implementing operational cyber security arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of operational cyber security arrangements for Hinkley Point C.
• Establish security controls, standards and processes for transition to operations.
• Manage cyber security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and oversight for cyber security activities across the site.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support readiness and compliance.
• Support protection of critical operational and industrial control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in cyber security capability and governance.
