EDF Energy Limited is seeking a Cyber Security Information Assurance Lead (Pre Ops) to prepare Hinkley Point C for safe and secure operations. You will lead the development of cyber security arrangements, capabilities and procedures that protect critical operational systems while ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards.

This onsite role at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater includes travel to Bristol and Gloucester, with a starting salary of £66,866 per year and a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience managing people and processes.
• Experience in a regulated environment; nuclear industry experience desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational cyber security arrangements.
• Strong cyber security risk management in complex operational environments.
• Self-management and proactive, able to work independently and prioritise.
• Experience influencing stakeholders to drive cyber security outcomes across teams.
• OT (operational technology) experience desirable.
• Ability to meet Security Clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of operational cyber security arrangements for Hinkley Point C.
• Establishing security controls, standards and processes to support the station's transition into operations.
• Managing cyber security risks and ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
• Providing leadership, guidance and oversight for cyber security activities across the site.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Supporting the protection of critical operational and industrial control systems.
• Driving continuous improvement in cyber security capability, governance and culture.
