Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking a Cyber Security Information Assurance Lead (Pre Ops) for Hinkley Point C. You will shape cyber security arrangements, lead risk management and oversee operational readiness in a regulated nuclear environment.

This onsite role requires SC clearance and offers a strong salary with a bonus potential. The position is based at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater with travel to Bristol and Gloucester, focusing on establishing controls and driving improvements across nuclear cyber

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience across people and processes.
• Experience in regulated environments; nuclear industry desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational cyber security arrangements.
• Strong cyber security risk management in complex operational settings.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of operational cyber security arrangements for Hinkley Point C.
• Establish security controls, standards and processes for transition to operations.
• Manage cyber security risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and oversight for cyber security activities across the site.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Support protection of critical OT/industrial control systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in cyber security governance and culture.
