Job summary

Ebeni is seeking a Capability Lead – Cyber Security to shape and grow its cyber capability. You will provide strategic and technical leadership across service development, delivery quality and business growth, working with senior stakeholders to drive high-value consultancy.

You will lead complex engagements, mentor consultants and help expand into new markets while maintaining adherence to industry standards and security governance. Eligibility for UK security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cyber security professional with a consultancy background.
• Ability to develop and improve cyber security services, methodologies and standards.
• Capable of leading technical teams and multidisciplinary delivery environments.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing cyber security professionals.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the strategy for Ebeni's cyber capability in collaboration with Business Unit Leads.
• Providing technical leadership across cyber security offerings, methodologies and delivery standards.
• Ensuring high quality, consistent and technically excellent cyber project delivery.
• Leading complex cyber security engagements and acting as a trusted technical authority.
• Mentoring cyber consultants to develop professional standards and career progression.
• Supporting business development through bids, proposals and client engagement.
• Representing Ebeni at client meetings and industry events to shape opportunities.
• Driving growth across cyber security services and expansion into new markets.
