Ebeni is seeking a Capability Lead – Cyber Security to shape and grow its cyber capability. You will provide strategic and technical leadership across service development, delivery quality and business growth, working with senior stakeholders to drive high-value consultancy.
You will lead complex engagements, mentor consultants and help expand into new markets while maintaining adherence to industry standards and security governance. Eligibility for UK security clearance is required.
Location: Hybrid opportunities available with offices in Corsham & Warrington. Occasional travel to client sites, industry events and company locations.
Ebeni is involved in projects and programmes in the Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, Nuclear, Rail and Automotive markets.

We are looking for an experienced cyber security professional with a strong consultancy background and a passion for developing people, services and capability.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in some or all of the following areas:
Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
Relevant cyber security qualifications, professional memberships or chartered status (e.g. CIISec, CISSP, CISM or UK Cyber Security Council Chartered status) are desirable; equivalent experience and demonstrable expertise will be considered.
