Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cyber Security Assurance Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Cyber Security Assurance Team. You will coordinate governance activities, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with NHS standards and information governance.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level, or equivalent ideally in an information related subject.
• NVQ level 3 in business admin or an information related subject, or minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Cyber Security Assurance Lead, provide operational, administrative and coordination support across the Trust's cyber security assurance function.
• Main responsibilities include cyber governance and compliance support, governance meetings, reports, dashboards, action logs, and maintaining cyber assurance records and documentation.
• Monitor progress against actions and deadlines, liaise with Trust teams and external organisations, and escalate risks or overdue actions as needed.
