Vapour products are battery-powered devices that heat liquid formulations—e-liquids—to produce vapour that is inhaled. Most e-liquids contain water, propylene glycol, glycerol, flavorings, and nicotine, although some are nicotine-free. These products contain no tobacco and involve no combustion.
