Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
  • Prior IT infrastructure or cloud experience (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations in line with QC/QA policies.
  • Manage and follow up on tickets while identifying candidates for tuning.
  • Triage and investigate security incidents.
  • Update SOC wiki with use cases and playbooks.
